We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have ten days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You'll also need your order number.
To start a return, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label. We will include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned:
custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer refunds on custom items.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, we will replace your item with one of the same item and the same design. In the unlikely event that we can't replace your item, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Most of our product allow for a custom design. Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Each item can have its own custom image. Once you want to proceed with the order -
Adding custom images:
To add your custom image to your product, click the "customize it" button. Add your images and text. When done click "add to cart".
Please provide high quality images.
Be sure you have the rights to use the image you provide. (Finding an image on Google or purchasing from a site like etsy does not necessarily mean you have the rights to reprint. Inspired 4 U is not responsible any legal trouble you may face for using licensed images.)
We are not responsible for adjusting your artwork or fixing any errors.
We will provide you with a proof of your product for your review. During this time we will notify of any problems we see with printing your image.
We may make minor adjustments to the size and shape of your image to be sure the image fits the product correctly. Once again you will receive a proof with these chages.
Colors on screen may not exactly translate the same to print. We will try our best to get them as close as possible.
