Shipping and Handling
When shopping here at Inspired 4 U, you will receive free shipping when you buy four or more items at a time. If that many items are not needed than shipping cost will be $3.00 for regular U.S. Postal Service first class mail. Free shipping is also available with rush delivery ( 1-2 business days) if a minimum of fifty dollars is spent. A tracking number will be emailed to you to track your shipment with no matter what shipping method used.
All orders are shipped within 2 days of cleared payments, Monday through Saturday. No orders will be shipped on USPS holidays. In the event an order can not be shipped in this time frame you will be notified immediately.
Customized items
We will try customize any item at no additional cost! Just use the
contact us to communicate your request and we will work to try and satisfy your needs. A small deposit to ensure your order, may be requested.
Returns / Refunds
We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please contact us if you are unsatisfied for any reason and we will promptly repair, replace, or issue a credit for your returned item. If you would like to return any item we asked that it is done within 60 days of purchase. We offer an additional lifetime repair guarantee for all of our GF and SF jewelry. If the item breaks we will repair it free of charge*. We will reimburse you the cost of the products returned less shipping and handling if the item cannot be fixed. We reserve the right to choose how the reimbursement will be given. We do ask that you try to resolve any issues with the product before requesting a refund. Unfortunately we can not refund any items that contain personal pictures or names but we will make every effort to rectify the problem the best way possible.
*We reserve the right to not repair or replace any items we deem to have been damage for any other than reasons beyond normal wear and tear.

You can also place an order by requesting an order form. You can request to have one mailed to you by filling out the form below. You may have an order form faxed by calling 1-877-875-5591 and pressing option 6 or you can print one by clicking here. If you plan to use a credit card with the order form you will need to also print and fully complete a credit card form.

To fax in a order just fax it back to 1-877-875-5591. Please be aware that order will not be shipped until payment is received.
Jewelry Care
To keep your jewelry looking as good as new it is best to avoid as much contact as possible with hair spray, perfumes etc. Try to remember to remove jewelry before swimming. It's best to avoid getting your jewelry wet but don't worry they will not be ruin if they do get wet. Please keep in mind that all these pieces are totally hand made and should be treated with a certain amount of respect. Wear them, enjoy them, but please - don't be too heavy handed with them!
